About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home with flexible hours. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality support to our customers, handling inquiries and transactions accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, employees and internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Process payments, deposits, cash transactions and checks accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate department.
• Handle account and service‑related transactions and inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling or banking.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities with a professional, friendly approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and as part of a team.
