Land Surveyor / Site Engineer – Airport Redevelopment

About the role
The role combines land surveying and site engineering responsibilities for a large airport redevelopment program in Antigua. You will support civil engineering works including airside infrastructure, drainage, lighting, roads, parking and terminal facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site engineering and surveying activities.
- Collect and map topographical data.
- Produce volumetric survey measurements.
- Create as‑built surveys and drawings.
- Reconcile material quantities and agree measurements with the client.
- Monitor progress of earthworks, quarry production, concrete and pavement works.
- Prepare take‑offs, order materials, and handle RFIs and technical submittals.
- Own and manage the Inspection Test Plan.
Required skills
- Topographical surveying and mapping.
- Volumetric measurement techniques.
- As‑built drawing production.
- Material reconciliation.
- RFI preparation and technical submittal handling.
- Inspection Test Plan management.
What we offer
- US$90,000 net annual salary.
- Local living allowance of approximately US$175 per week.
- Two annual flights.
