Procurement Manager – Luxury Resort & Villa

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and acquisition of architectural, interior, finishing, FF&E and OS&E items for a high‑end resort and villa development in Antigua. The role requires deep knowledge of luxury hospitality projects and the ability to work closely with design, construction and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for all architectural, interior, finishing, FF&E and OS&E packages.
• Source, evaluate and select international suppliers, manufacturers and specialist vendors.
• Review architectural drawings, material schedules, BOQs and design specifications to create accurate procurement packages.
• Lead RFQ preparation, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Coordinate with design, architecture, project, QA/QC and logistics teams to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Monitor manufacturing lead times, shipping schedules and on‑site delivery, proposing alternatives when needed.
• Manage procurement budgets, cost comparisons, commitments and reporting.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of procurement experience in construction and hospitality projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior procurement or procurement manager role.
• Proven track record on luxury resorts, hotels, villas or high‑end residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, procurement, supply chain, engineering or related field; CIPS/MCIPS preferred.
