Reservations Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Support Specialist who will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reservation journey. The role combines research, coordination, and communication to ensure every booking is accurate and meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation‑related questions and process requests from customers.
• Research availability, service options, and pricing to provide informed recommendations.
• Coordinate reservation details with internal teams and external service providers.
• Review and verify confirmations for accuracy before finalizing bookings.
• Communicate updates, changes, and important information to clients promptly.
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and any required documentation.
• Maintain organized records of all reservation activities.
• Follow up on incomplete or outstanding items to ensure closure.
