Customer Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Hive Careers is seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive new client growth across the Eastern Caribbean region. Working fully remotely, you will partner with marketing and sales teams to generate leads, optimise conversion funnels, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers via digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach through email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and convert leads.
• Analyse and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion, maximising acquisition rates.
• Monitor KPIs related to acquisition efforts and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align strategies with business objectives and maintain consistent messaging.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring a positive experience that supports long‑term relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage acquisition budgets strategically to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively in a remote team.
