Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Executive will support the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo’s social media presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver engaging content, drive campaign rollouts and maintain strong community interaction in line with brand and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of social channels, publishing and scheduling content on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord and YouTube.
• Maintain social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Draft, edit and optimise posts and community messages, ensuring brand tone and platform best practices.
• Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to brief, review and approve creative assets.
• Execute social‑led campaigns, competitions and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Track performance metrics, contribute to regular reporting and use insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, emerging trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content‑focused roles.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt brand tone across platforms.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with native platform tools including Meta Business Suite and Instagram/Facebook publishing tools.
