Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to support clients throughout their travel and accommodation journey. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience through clear communication, careful coordination, and reliable follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Assist with reservations, service coordination, and provide confirmations and updates.
• Review details for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on pending requests.
• Liaise with service providers when additional assistance is required.
• Address client questions and provide solutions throughout the experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching information online.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Proficiency with email and digital platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or guest service is helpful but not required.
