About the role

We are seeking a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to guide clients through every step of their travel and hospitality journey. You will research options, arrange reservations, and ensure a seamless experience from the initial request to final completion.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client preferences and specific requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Assist in coordinating reservations and related arrangements.
• Communicate updates and important information to clients.
• Review confirmations for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements.
• Coordinate with hospitality and service providers as needed.
• Provide responsive, professional client support throughout the process.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good organization and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable researching information online.
• Ability to learn new digital platforms and systems quickly.
• Reliable, professional, and responsive attitude.
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or reservations experience is helpful but not mandatory.
