Hospitality Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to guide clients from their initial request through to the completion of their travel and hospitality arrangements. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and research.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information about client preferences and requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and other services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and related arrangements.
• Communicate important information and updates to clients.
• Review confirmations for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements.
• Coordinate with hospitality and service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good organization and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable researching information online and learning new digital platforms.
• Reliable, professional, and responsive.
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or reservations experience is helpful but not required.
